Job_Description : Sabra, Wang & Associates, Inc., a growing transportation engineering firm in the Baltimore-Washington Region, has an opening for a Senior ITS/Traffic Engineers to join our team of 60 transportation professionals in our Baltimore office. Sabra, Wang & Associates has multiple on-going ITS projects with clients such as FHWA, TRB, Maryland, Virginia, District of Columbia and Delaware.
Desired_Qualifications :
Qualified applicants must have proven experience in the following areas:
. National and Regional ITS Architectures
. ITS Research and Development projects
. State-of-the-art practice in ITS technologies for CCTV/Detection/DMS/RWIS/Communications
. Incident management and congestion mitigation strategies
. Signal Systems: Alternative studies, communications, design, adaptive control . Systems Engineering Analysis . Concept of Operations and Configuration Documentation . Knowledge of various hardware and software for signal system operations . Strong communication, presentation and writing skills
Senior ITS/Traffic Engineers position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Professional registration is preferred but not required.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications.
