Northerly Crossings Corridor Congestion Mitigation Study, PA/NJ, 6/04-9/04: Project Engineer. Conducted a site investigation of four bridges connecting Pennsylvania and New Jersey along the Delaware River, as well as several interchanges along the I-80 corridor. Identified existing transportation deficiencies based on field observations, crash data, pavement data, and traffic data. Performed volume/capacity and levels of service analyses for the surrounding study area using Highway Capacity Software, and designed graphics depicting roadway characteristics, deficiencies, and traffic MOE’s.
