• NJ Turnpike Authority: Outlined requirements of a third-party software that would manage the construction and maintenance schedules for the portion of overlap of the two freeways to prevent delays caused by paper based management of schedules. Regulatory guidelines for each expected maintenance work were in compliance with NJDOT, NJTA.
• VDOT: Teamed with sub-consultant and county engineers in a comprehensive real-time optimization of traffic signals network in the Arlington County. Testing completed with travel-time runs, field-observation of changes in delay and queue lengths during peak-periods.
• VDOT: Proposed congestion mitigation and traffic management measures along the I-66 corridor through ramp metering and active shoulder management.
• VDOT: Selected equipment for weather stations and identified deployment locations on the I-95/395/495 interchange ramps. Equipment would convey information to the operations center, to be used towards providing early warnings and traffic management in the area, especially during severe weather condition.
• CLT, NC: Upgraded existing static signage to dynamic parking guidance system at a local airport. Outlined the interface between existing and new parking system. Outlined implementation and operation strategy in a report presented to the airport.
